How to do it
- 1 Place targets at the T, body, and wide positions
- 2 Hit 10 kick serves to each location from both sides
- 3 Focus on height over the net and kick after bounce
- 4 Partner or coach rates the quality of kick (1-5)
- 5 Average kick rating must be 3.5+ to pass
