How to do it
- 1 Imagine the score is 4-5, 30-40 (break point down)
- 2 Take your full routine before each serve
- 3 Must make 5 second serves in a row to complete the drill
- 4 If you miss, start the count over
- 5 Use visualization and breathing between serves
