How to do it

    Do 20 suicide sprints across the court
  2. 2
    Immediately serve 10 first serves, tracking accuracy
  3. 3
    Rest 30 seconds, do 10 more sprints
  4. 4
    Serve 10 more, comparing accuracy to first set
  5. 5
    Must maintain at least 70% of baseline accuracy
