Maintain serve quality when physically exhausted, simulating late-match situations.

How to do it
- 1 Do 20 suicide sprints across the court
- 2 Immediately serve 10 first serves, tracking accuracy
- 3 Rest 30 seconds, do 10 more sprints
- 4 Serve 10 more, comparing accuracy to first set
- 5 Must maintain at least 70% of baseline accuracy
