    Partner feeds alternating corners (deep forehand/backhand)

    Sprint corner to corner, maintain rally
  3. 3
    No walking or jogging allowed
  4. 4
    Continue for 2 minutes
  5. 5
    Rest 1 minute, repeat 3 times
