Build full-court speed from corner to corner.

How to do it
- 1 Partner feeds alternating corners (deep forehand/backhand)
- 2 Sprint corner to corner, maintain rally
- 3 No walking or jogging allowed
- 4 Continue for 2 minutes
- 5 Rest 1 minute, repeat 3 times
