How to do it

    Stand at center mark on baseline
  2. 2
    Shuffle to singles sideline (don't cross feet)
  3. 3
    Touch line, shuffle to other sideline
  4. 4
    Continue for 30 seconds
  5. 5
    Rest 30 seconds, repeat 4 times
