Build lateral movement along the baseline.

How to do it
- 1 Stand at center mark on baseline
- 2 Shuffle to singles sideline (don't cross feet)
- 3 Touch line, shuffle to other sideline
- 4 Continue for 30 seconds
- 5 Rest 30 seconds, repeat 4 times
