How to do it

    Stand at the net in continental grip
  2. 2
    Racquet head up, knees slightly bent
  3. 3
    Partner feeds balls alternating forehand/backhand
  4. 4
    Return to ready position after each volley
  5. 5
    Complete 20 volleys with proper recovery
