How to do it
- 1 Practice 4-7-8 breathing: inhale 4 sec, hold 7 sec, exhale 8 sec
- 2 Do this between points in practice
- 3 Notice how it affects your heart rate
- 4 Practice for 10 minutes off court
- 5 Then implement during practice points
