    Practice 4-7-8 breathing: inhale 4 sec, hold 7 sec, exhale 8 sec

    Do this between points in practice
  3. 3
    Notice how it affects your heart rate
  4. 4
    Practice for 10 minutes off court
  5. 5
    Then implement during practice points
