How to do it
- 1 Begin with 10-minute meditation focusing on present moment
- 2 Transition directly to hitting practice
- 3 Focus only on the ball - nothing else exists
- 4 If mind wanders, gently return focus to ball
- 5 Track duration of zone-like experiences
