    Begin with 10-minute meditation focusing on present moment

    Transition directly to hitting practice
  3. 3
    Focus only on the ball - nothing else exists
  4. 4
    If mind wanders, gently return focus to ball
  5. 5
    Track duration of zone-like experiences
